  A frequently customer. I thought this was my favorite pizza spot until my experience today. So I placed my order over the phone asking for my pizza to be cut in squares. The young lady placed me on hold before completing my order, then came back to the line to complete my order. I was told my order would be complete in 20 minutes. I walked in the store & sat down 5 minutes later. As I'm sitting there a young man from the back comes up front engaging with the employees & manger explaing how he wasn't going to cut my pizza in squares laughing and mocking my request. It was @ least 6 people talking about a request for a pizza to be cut in squares. The young lady whom took my order chimed in & said "that is why I put her on hold when she asked " I can't remember all that was said but I was upset from the rudeness & no regards for customers that are in the store they had no clue I'm sitting right there listening to everything. The part that upset me the most was not the teenagers that you definitely expect this behavior From. The surprise came from me watching a grown man as a manager in on this basically agreeing to my request being ridiculous & mocking & trash talking me. I did address it with the young lady @ the counter asking if my request was an issue she said no & was very polite. I appreciate her corrected behavior, but that manager is the one that caused me to never spend a dime of my money here again. Don't forget Mr. Manager my money helps you to pay your bills. My absence may not effect you but all it takes is for more customers to be treated this way & you will feel it in those pockets. Not to mention last time I came & requested my pizza to be cut in squares it wasn't done.

  My friend worked here for almost a year, I thought it was important to tell people more about the company. Not only do they steal money from employees by shorting checks and reporting less hours than worked to payroll. Employees NEVER receive tips; goes to the owner. The owner paid them in hand written, personal checks most of the time. Not to mention the AWFUL and ABUSIVE treatment of employees from managers.
  
  It is cheap pizza for a reason. Frozen cheese CUBES, frozen sausage, frozen bacon, frozen pepperoni. You get what you pay for I guess. Just use caution and think before you give your money to this place.

  We never seem to be happy with anything they provide, whether it be the food and/or the sevice, but it's not bad enough for us to stop using them. So there's that I guess...
  UPDATE: Order took over an hour and a half to get to us on a Monday night. And it was missing stuff. No excuse. The guy asked me when I opened the door, "uh, did you order a pizza?" Really?!?
